We only collect the data necessary to book and carry out your rides:

- Phone number (call, SMS, WhatsApp);
- Email address (if you provide it to us);
- Pick-up and destination addresses;

- Number of passengers and ride details;

We do not collect any bank details online: payment is made directly to the driver (cash, card or bank transfer).

Your data is intended solely for Centrale Azur Driver and, where applicable, the driver assigned to your ride. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Booking data is kept for as long as strictly necessary for the service, then archived to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal duration of 10 years) before deletion or anonymisation.

7. Transfers outside the European Union
Sending messages via WhatsApp involves a transfer of data to Meta (United States). This transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. You may opt out of this channel by contacting us by phone.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration (restricted access, encryption, backups).
